What We Fabricate

We fabricate most materials including stainless steel, brass, galvanized, and aluminum. Apogee also specializes in hardware assemblies and all types of welding.

Laser Cutting

High-precision CO₂ laser cutting for complex profiles and tight tolerances. Ideal for prototypes through full production runs with consistent repeatability.

  • Table: Max 5ft wide × 10ft long

  • Thickness: up to 1" thick

  • Materials: Stainless, Aluminum, Carbon

Shearing

Straight-line cutting for sheet and plate metal with clean, burr-free edges. Fast and cost-effective for high-volume blanking and trimming operations.

  • Max length: 10ft

  • Thickness: up to ¼" thick

  • Materials: Stainless, Aluminum, Carbon

Turret Punching

CNC turret punching for holes, slots, louvers, and custom forms in flat sheet metal. Efficient for high-volume parts requiring multiple features.

  • 30 Ton capacity

  • Max width: 48"

  • Thickness: up to ¼" thick

Forming / Brake Press

CNC press brake forming for precise bends, angles, and complex shapes. Our skilled operators ensure accurate profiles to drawing specifications every time.

  • Max length: 10ft

  • Thickness: up to ¼" thick

  • Complex multi-bend profiles

Rolling

3-roll and 4-roll plate rolling for cylinders, cones, and curved sections. Used across a wide range of structural and decorative applications.

  • Max length: 8ft

  • Thickness: up to ¼" thick

  • Cylinders, cones & arcs
